Creating a site account includes subscription to Annette's Desk blog and indicates approval of communication and notifications related to site and blog content. To unsubscribe from blog communications with account access: when logged into site account, click "settings" tab, and select unsubscribe button. To unsubscribe without account access: complete contact form and include "unsubscribe from editor's desk blog" in message.

 

To deactivate account, please complete contact form and include "deactivate my account" in message.  

 

How I use your information:

 

All information you provide to me is used for the purpose of facilitating communication and rendering of editorial services. Forms on this site are used to collect information in relation to editorial services. Submitting information through a form means you agree to communication regarding editorial services including terms, service contracts, and invoicing. However, submission of any form on this site does not indicate an approved service contract, please see terms & conditions. 

 

Information collected includes but is not limited to:

• Name

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Mailing Address

• Contact Preferences

• Contact or authentication data

• Writing or text documents in exchange for editorial services by editor

I collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address in order to facilitate communication, service details, service terms, and invoicing of editorial services. I do use direct client service contracts and invoices that require the above information in order to facilitate the terms and payment of editorial service contracts. Once our service contract is complete, documents sent to me are destroyed. Your information submitted by forms for informational purposes on this site will be stored for up to 90 days and then deleted, unless you specify otherwise. Client information related to approved service contract and agreement may be stored according to financial requirements defined by the appropriate government and tax agencies.

Your name, email, and mailing address may be shared with third parties (wix.com) in order to process your payment for contracted services rendered. Please contact the appropriate third party for how they process your information provided to them for payment processing in relation to our service contract.
